Uche Monu

Uche Monu is the CEO and Lead Consultant at Silver Crest Educational Services Ltd.
A respected educator with over 15 years of experience in teacher training and school improvement.

She is the founder of The Explore Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to building a more inclusive and equitable future through education. The foundation empowers educators, promotes inclusive learning environments, and provides educational resources, with a special focus on public schools in Nigeria. She is the Convener of the High Impact Conference for Educators, the foundation’s flagship program.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in French, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Nottingham (UK), and an Advanced Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management. Uche is also an alumnus of the Senior Management Programme (SMP47) at the Lagos Business School. As a certified Montessori Directress, she earned an International Diploma in the Montessori Method of Education and is a strong advocate for inclusive learning, holding a Diploma in Special Educational Needs.

Uche’s journey into education began in 2010, when she founded and successfully ran The Explore Creativity Centre; an after-school centre in Asaba aimed at fostering and developing diverse skills in children. In 2020, she founded Silver Crest School in Lagos which evolved in Silver Crest Educational Services Ltd.

As a dynamic and visionary leader, she remains dedicated to excellence in education, continually refining her expertise through relevant training and professional development opportunities. She has participated in various educational short courses, seminars, and conferences and numerous professional development courses and classroom observations both in Nigeria and abroad.

In addition to her work in education, Uche is a travel consultant who has organized several international tours  and conferences and has attended various industry-specific training programs.

Her passion is to promote quality education for students and inspire educators to unlock their full potential and to drive transformation in their communities.

She is married to Harold Monu and they are blessed with 4 wonderful children.

Olamitoyosi Babatunde

Olamitoyosi Babatunde is a global education leader, certified Montessori Directress, author, and life and leadership coach with nearly 20 years of experience in education and school leadership. She is known for helping educators and school leaders strengthen practice, build sustainable learning cultures, and lead with clarity and purpose.

She holds degrees in Foreign Languages and Industrial & Personnel Relations from the University of Ibadan, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and is a registered professional teacher. Her work blends Montessori philosophy, contemporary pedagogy, and a strong, practical use of technology to enhance teaching, learning, and leadership.

Olamitoyosi has taught across British, American, and Nigerian curricula at both primary and secondary levels and has over 14 years of leadership experience mentoring teachers, school leaders, and education teams. She currently heads an international school in Lagos, Nigeria, where she leads the development of high-impact, inclusive learning environments.

She serves as Dean of The Right Teacher Academy, mentoring school leaders and supporting teacher development across Africa, and is a sought-after speaker, facilitator, and consultant. Her work has included large-scale teacher mentoring, leadership development programmes, and advisory roles within education systems.

Her contributions to education have earned international recognition, including being named among Nigeria’s Top 50 Inspirational Educators and selection as one of the Top 100 M.A.S.T.E.R.S Educators (2025) by the Thesis Education Group.

Beyond school leadership, Olamitoyosi works as a teens and life coach, supporting young people and families in building confidence, character, and purpose. Through her writing, speaking, and training, she remains deeply committed to educator empowerment, leadership development, and meaningful transformation in education.

Dr. Lanre Abolaji Oguntoye

Dr. Lanre Oguntoye is an accomplished educator, school leader, and learning innovation strategist with over 25 years of progressive experience across teaching, curriculum leadership, educational technology, and academic administration. He is currently a senior management staff at Greensprings Educational Services, where he oversees academic strategy, staff training and performance, and curriculum innovation within a British international curriculum context.

A certified management consultant and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Dr. Oguntoye combines deep subject expertise in science education with extensive training in instructional design, digital pedagogy, and trauma-informed educational practices. His doctoral research explored educational leadership through the lens of learning design and digital pedagogy, reflecting his commitment to innovation, equity, and learner-centred leadership.

He is the Lead Consultant at ERID Education and founder of Teach2Reach, an SDG4-aligned initiative committed to advancing teacher capacity and professional growth across Africa. As a Cambridge Assessment Specialist, HP IDEA Senior Innovation Fellow, and INSEA Ambassador, Dr. Oguntoye champions instructional innovation, restorative discipline models, and schoolwide strategies for student agency, digital resilience, and 21st-century learning design.

Dr. Oguntoye is widely recognised for developing pioneering tools such as the Locus Visual Mapping Tool (LVMT®) and the Google Classroom Master Course, both of which are transforming how educators and learners engage with content. He has led key initiatives that significantly improved enrolment, learner outcomes, and professional development compliance rates across his leadership portfolio.

His leadership experience spans multiple roles including Technology Integration Lead, Head of Year, and Virtual Learning Environment Lead, with notable accomplishments in leading remote learning transitions, building inclusive learning communities, and fostering cross-curricular innovation.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Certified Child Trauma Professional, and an award-winning educator, with accolades including Maltina Teacher of the Year (Lagos State Champion), Cambridge Global Top 60 Dedicated Teachers (2022), and International Teacher Olympiad Top 1% Global Rank (2023).

A passionate digital pedagogy scholar-practitioner, Dr. Oguntoye blends academic rigor with real-world application. He is a sought-after speaker, faculty member at several educator training academies, and host of The New Digital Classroom and The Chemistry Experience on YouTube. He brings a values-driven, data-informed, and impact-oriented approach to school leadership, teacher development, and student success.

Juliet Ugwu

Mrs. Juliet Ugwu is a seasoned education leader with over 20 years of experience spanning teaching, school leadership, and educational development. She is a results-driven professional deeply committed to academic excellence and the holistic development of learners.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Education) and a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Lagos, a Postgraduate Diploma in Pastoral Leadership from Redeemer’s International Leadership Academy, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Mrs. Ugwu has held senior leadership roles in reputable educational institutions, where she has driven measurable growth and institutional transformation through strategic, innovative, and people-centred leadership. She is widely recognised for her articulate leadership style and her ability to position schools for long-term success in competitive environments.

In 2017, she joined Bowine International School as its pioneer Head of School, where she established the school’s academic standards, culture, and operational framework. She currently serves as Executive Director, leading strategic growth initiatives and advancing educational innovation.

Mrs. Ugwu remains passionate about developing high-performing educational systems, empowering educators, and nurturing well-rounded learners.
